I started in technical support, where I learned to explain complex things clearly and fix problems fast. For 3+ years I’ve been building GoHighLevel systems for agencies and brands, from a single funnel to a full CRM with pipelines, lead routing, and multi-channel nurturing.
I document everything with SOPs so your team can run it without me, and I ask questions early so nothing breaks after launch.
